Voice Call
Voice Call is OpenClaw's official plugin for phone calls. Your agent can place and answer calls through Twilio, Telnyx or Plivo, with realtime transcription and optional per-call briefs that set the task, context and what it may disclose.
- Providers: Twilio (Programmable Voice and Media Streams), Telnyx (Call Control v2), Plivo (Voice API), plus a Mock provider for local testing.
- Outbound calls can notify or hold a conversation.
- Each call can carry a brief: task, context, language, identity, permitted disclosures and approvals.
- Session memory can be kept per phone number, per call, or shared with the agent's main session.
- Install:
openclaw plugins install clawhub:@openclaw/voice-call, then restart the Gateway. - Needs a provider account and a publicly reachable webhook URL (for example via ngrok or Tailscale Funnel).
