Code Review
Code Review is an Anthropic plugin for Claude Code that reviews a pull request with several agents working in parallel. Each issue gets a confidence score, and only high-confidence findings are posted, which keeps noise and false positives down.
- Adds a
/code-reviewcommand you run on a pull request. - Skips PRs that are closed, drafts, trivial or automated, or already reviewed.
- Collects the repo's relevant CLAUDE.md guideline files and summarizes the change.
- Runs 4 review agents in parallel: two check CLAUDE.md compliance, one looks for bugs in the change, and one uses git blame and history for context.
- Scores each issue from 0 to 100 and drops anything under 80, then posts one review comment that links to the exact lines (full commit SHA).
- Ignores pre-existing issues, nitpicks and anything a linter would catch.
- Needs a Git repo hosted on GitHub and the GitHub CLI (
gh) installed and signed in. - CLAUDE.md files are optional but make the guideline checks better.

- The command is limited to read-and-comment GitHub CLI calls:
gh pr view,gh pr diff,gh pr list,gh pr comment,gh issue view,gh issue listandgh search. - It can post a comment on the pull request. It doesn't merge or push code.
