Skill Creator
Skill Creator is an Anthropic Agent Skill for making new skills and improving existing ones. It interviews you about what the skill should do, writes the SKILL.md, then runs test cases with and without the skill so you can compare results, and tunes the skill's description so it triggers at the right times.
